EIA respondent identities, reported county distribution presence and average revenue per kWh, with independently dated public NTIA/ORNL territory polygons. Annual realized prices are not tariffs or demand charges. Bundled, energy-only and delivery-only service, short-form total-only coverage, imputation and adjustment rows remain distinct. County presence and overlapping/older polygons do not establish current service eligibility at an address, available capacity or a site-specific industrial bill. Use this dataset as a sourced input to an application, analytical model or retrieval tool. Retain its native dimensions when joining it with your own records.
