Aggregate requests
We count sanitized page requests, referring domains, response statuses and crawler categories on this server without visitor identifiers. Requests are not unique people. API and admin activity are separated from website acquisition reports.
Optional visitor analytics
With your consent, first-party cookies recognize a browser for up to 90 days and an active session for 30 minutes. We record page paths, broad device type, campaign tags, referring domains and interactions such as code copies and form starts. Your consent preference is stored for 180 days. We do not collect form text, email addresses, API keys, raw URL queries or persistent IP fingerprints in analytics.
Enquiries
The enquiry form stores the details you submit so we can respond. Permission to reply is separate from analytics consent. A saved enquiry counts as a conversion; with analytics consent, it may be associated with the visit’s source and landing page. Analytics reports do not expose your form contents.
Retention and access
Detailed analytics is retained for 90 days and daily aggregates for 25 months. Access is restricted to administrators. Search-performance reports are retrieved from connected Google and Bing webmaster accounts. We do not install advertising trackers or sell visitor profiles.
Withdrawal and questions
Rejecting analytics clears analytics cookies and stops subsequent journey collection. It does not automatically erase records already aggregated. For privacy or enquiry-data requests, use the contact form and identify the request without including confidential credentials.
